What do I get for free?
Onboarding and one full taste lesson — a real lesson with real words, so you can judge the teaching before paying anything. Everything beyond it sits behind the free trial. Thailo deliberately isn't a freemium app padded with locked doors; it's one honest sample, then the whole thing.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Full access from day one. Apple handles the billing, sends a reminder before the trial converts, and you can cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any point during the 7 days and pay nothing.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancelling: iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Thailo. Refunds go through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com — we never see your payment details, so we can't take cards or issue refunds ourselves.
How does Thailo compare on price?
The established Thai apps charge roughly $70–80 a year (with lifetime tiers around $150–160). Thailo sits deliberately below that — same seriousness, travel-first focus, better value. Not a race to free: free apps are free because the free tier is the product.
